A spring day.
A Saturday.
A family day.
Jeff, Ranya and Jannah-Rae.
We try to spend as much time together as we can.
But sometimes life gets in the way.
Today, we made a point,
To make everything else go away.
No work, no chores, no wait.
No rush, no schedule, no time frame.
Just the three of us;
on our family day.
The sun was out.
The bugs were out.
But we were not deterred.
Determined to have our time together,
we headed out that way.
Time is precious.
It goes by so fast.
There is only so many hours,
but we try to make it last.
That Saturday it lasted
longer that it normally would.
Because we lived it
as we should;
Together.
